Video Submission Request/Guidelines
We encourage you to submit a short video to promote GWS 2024 to prospective attendees.
What We’re Looking For:
- A short, self-recorded video (up to two minutes) highlighting why you're attending GWS 2024.
- Include a teaser, pose a question, or, if you are a speaker, emphasize the key benefits of attending your session.
- Speakers, clearly state your name, session title, and time. Exhibitors, clearly state your name, company, and booth number. Volunteers, clearly state your name, professional title, and company (if applicable)."
How We’ll Use Your Video:
- Your video may be featured on the WERC website and shared across social media to promote attendance and engagement at GWS 2024.
- We reserve the right to review and potentially edit your video as necessary.
Submission Guidelines:
- You don’t need professional videography equipment. Smartphone or tablet videos are acceptable (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.).
- Film in landscape (horizontal) mode and avoid “selfie” videos. Place your device on a stable surface.
- Speak clearly and ensure there is minimal background noise. A plain background wall or a well-lit room works best.
- If filming outdoors, avoid windy conditions and ensure clear audio capture.
