Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration is now live. Exhibitor allotments are based on the exhibit/sponsorship package purchased. Instructions and complimentary codes have been shared with each company logistics contact.
Additional badges can be purchased online.

Housing
WERC is holding a discounted room block for GWS exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Information on securing rooms at the Gaylord National Convention Center and Resort can be found in your registration confirmation email.
Please note that rooms in the WERC GWS room block are reserved for registered attendees of GWS only and that rooms booked under the names of non-registered guests may be subject to cancellation. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date is Tuesday, 1 October, or whenever rooms sell out — whichever occurs first.
Exhibitor Service Kit
The service kit is now available to all exhibitors. An email from Freeman, the official Annual Meeting general services contractor, was sent to each primary logistics contact with login instructions. For questions regarding ordering or accessing your account, email Freeman at TurnkeyExhibits@Freeman.com for assistance.

Friday, 6 September: Turnkey booth graphics due to Freeman (to avoid late charge)
Monday, 23 September: Advanced shipments may begin arriving at the warehouse
Tuesday, 24 September: Freeman Discount Price Deadline
Tuesday, 1 October: Housing Reservation Deadline (rooms may sell out sooner; please book as soon as possible)
Tuesday, 8 October: Gaylord Discount Price Deadline for Electrical and Internet

GWS 2024 is a great opportunity to meet with your clients and prospective clients. If you plan to host any events alongside GWS, please keep in mind they must not conflict with GWS 2024 hours. We request you fill out a hosted event form, which provides details on approved hours.
